Agilent E4436B/UN5/UN8/UNB/UND 250kHz to 3GHz ESG-DP RF Signal Generator (w/digital (I/Q) modulation).
Useful for testing cellular and mobile telephones, pagers, and radios with
Modern modulation technologies. Interface GPIB & RS-232.Nominal output
impedance 50ohm. (type-N female, front panel)
Optional dual arbitrary waveform generator and/or real-time I/Q baseband
generator 40MHz sample rate and 14-bit I/Q resolution Custom digital
modulation (>15 variations of FSK, MSK, PSK, and QAM), AM, FM,
phase modulation, pulse modulation, and step/list sweep (frequency and power)
Phase noise @ 20kHz offset:
500MHz carrier, -134dBc/Hz; 1GHz carrier, -130dBc/Hz;
2GHz carrier, -123dBc/Hz; 3GHz carrier, -120dBc/Hz

Option 100 provides multi channel wideband CDMA (W-CDMA) personality.
It requires option UND.
Option 101 provides multi channel cdma2000 personality.
It requires option UND.
Option 200 provides 3GPP wideband CDMA (W-CDMA) personality.
It requires option UN8.
Option 202 provides EDGE (Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution)
personality. It requires option UN8.
Option UN5 provides cdmaOne (IS-95 CDMA) with preconfigured waveforms,
flexible channel editor, data rates and filtering. Requires option UND.
Option UN7 Bit Error Rate (BER) generator supports PN9, PN15 bit sequences
or PDC, PHS, & DECT handsets. Requires option UN8
Option UN8 I/Q baseband generator provides TDMA, NADC, GSM, TETRA,
PHS, PDC, DECT, and custom modulation.
Options UN8 and H98 are not compatible. They cannot both be installed in
the same unit.
Option UN9 adds 7M bits of RAM to option UN8.
Option UNA provides alternate timeslot power control requires UN8 and is not
compatible with UND.
Option UND works with options 100, 101, or UN5 to provide CDMA capability.

Option 300 provides base station BERT extensions for GSM testing. Requires
UN7, UN8 and UNA. Also requires AT-E4406A with options 300 and BAH
Option 300 is not compatible with options:

Options 404, 405, 406, and 410 require option UND.
