Agilent E5505A/1 50kHz to 110GHz Phase Noise Measurement System The most flexible set of measurements on one-port VCO's, DRO's, crystal oscillators and synthesizers. Two-port devices, including amplifiers and converters, plus CW, pulsed and spurious signals can also be measured. Includes absolute and residual phase noises, AM noise, and low-level spurious signals. The stand-alone instrument architecture easily configures for various measurement techniques, including the PLL/reference source technique, residual and FM discriminator methods. Features: Offset range capability from 0.01Hz to 100MHz; Configured for bench R&D or ATE; Carriers: 50kHz to 26.5GHz, 110GHz with harmonic mixer; Noise floor: -170dBm from 10kHz to 100MHz offset; Phase noise measurement software. May require additional Downconverter or Source (see below).
