Agilent N4903B-C13 AT-N4903B-C13 150Mb/s to 12.5Gb/s High Performance Serial Bit Error Rate
Tester (JBERT)
The AT-N4903B-C13 addresses the needs of R&D and validation teams who
characterize serial I/O ports or ASICs up to 12.5 Gb/s. Integrated and
calibrated jitter sources for jitter tolerance measurements also allow
designers to characterize and prove compliance of their receiver's jitter
tolerance.
Testing Applications include:
Optical transceivers, i.e.: SONET, SDH, 10 GbE,, XFP/XFI, SFP+
High-speed serial computer buses, and backplanes, i.e. QPI, HT, FB-DIMM, PCI
Express, USB 3, SATA, SAS, DisplayPort, CEI, Fibre Channel 4G/8G, etc.
0.6 - 2.5 Gb/s transceiver, i.e. E-PON/ G-PON OLTs, Gigabit Ethernet,
and Fibre Channel 1x/2x
Features:
Data rates 150 Mb/s to 12.5 Gb/s with integrated pattern generator and error
detector.
>0.5 UI calibrated, compliant and integrated jitter injection: RJ, RJ-LF,
RJ-HF, PJ1, PJ2, SJ, BUJ, ISI, sinusoidal interference, SSC and residual SSC.
Built-in clock data recovery (CTR) with tunable and compliant loop bandwidth.
Half-rate clocking (Optional) with variable duty cycle for forwarded clocked
devices.
Measures BER, BERT Scan, TJ with RJ/DJ separation, eye diagram, eye mask, BER
contour, automated jitter tolerance,and pattern capture.
PRBS and pattern with 60 block pattern sequencer.
All options may be retrofitted for upgrade from an AT-N4903A. |
